NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing pursuant to Section 874 of the New York State General Municipal Law will be held by the Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency (the “Agency”) on the 11th day of September, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. local time, at Town of Brookhaven Division of Economic Development, 1 Independence Hill, 2nd Floor, Farmingville, New York 11738, in connection with the amendment and re-adoption by the Agency of the Agency’s Uniform Tax Exemption Policy.
