NY Forward Re-Opening Plan for Industries & Businesses

This link will bring you to the NYS Dept of Health’s “NY Forward Business Re-opening Safety Plan Template.” As noted in the link, each business can either complete the form/template to fulfill the “Safety Plan” requirement, or develop their own Safety Plan (FYI - these “Safety Plans” do not need to be submitted to a State agency for approval, but rather must be retained on file on the premise of the business, and be made available in the event of an inspection by a State or local health agency).
This link will bring you to the “Re-opening in Phases” Guidelines for industries and businesses, both essential and non-essential, under Phase One. While the “Re-opening Templates” are all identical, the Re-opening Guidelines differ for each specific industry or business-type (ie. construction; agriculture; forestry; fishing; retail; manufacturing; and wholesale trade).
