Because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and State and Federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1 issued on March 12, 2020, as amended to date and suspending the Open Meetings Law, the Town of Brookhaven Local Development Corporation(the “Corporation”) Audit Committee Meeting scheduled for March10, 2021at 10:00 A.M.will be held electronically via Zoom Meeting instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person.  Members of the public may view the Audit Committee Meeting by visiting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86416133650?pwd=R1ZlNUZTUFRWazVjdEZyT0gvVG8wdz09 and entering pass-code 405503.Minutes of the Town of Brookhaven Local Development Corporation Audit Committee Meeting will be transcribed and posted on the Corporation’s website.
