FARMINGVILLE, NY (May 30, 2018) — Frederick C. Braun III, chairman of the Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency, announced that the agency has accepted an application for economic incentives from a new real estate company affiliated with the Shirley-based biotechnology companies Creative Diagnostics Inc. and Creative Biolabs Inc., that would allow the group to construct and equip a new 12,000-square-foot building and laboratory at a cost of $4 million.
